Coaching is a highly effective way to get the support you need to make positive, enforced change in to your life, whatever the objective. As a trained coach, I can help you find the motivation to kick start a new you, whatever your nutrition or eating goals are. General Food Coaching can be offered as a "one off" or block booking and can help understand symptoms and issues related to lifestyle and food choices.
As an Exercise Lover...
Having come from a background of "exercise hating", never enjoying school sports or embarking on any form of exercise as an adult, I have turned myself around! Literally! I can provide coaching and advice on lifestyle changes, to enable you to find the love for exercise...it's possible! I can advise you on the nutrition requirements and help you find a better/realistic/healthy balance of exercise and activity in your life.
Code Of Conduct
Please note, I work with clients, ensuring their safety and health at all times. If I feel you have "red flag" symptoms, or conditions that could be effected by a change in diet, I will refer you to your GP or Specialist for their advice.
My ethos is that I help you find ways to make changes to your food intake to keep you within Government backed guidelines, ensuring optimum health for your body type and condition.
I do not practice sessions that Trained Healthcare Providers should be part of and will always refer you on if this is something you need.
I have full professional insurance and registered as a working Food Business with my local Council, in keeping with their standards and procedures. Please contact me if you would like to discuss my practice further.
