Book a Pay-As-You-Go Health & Lifestyle Session

These are new sessions being offered that allow you to make changes to your diet and fitness in a really flexible and cost effective way. It can be for you or your child or your family.

This can take place in your own home, at work, café or my address, lasting roughly 1hour (the first one is likely to run longer).

In this hour we will discuss your objectives and work together with finding an easy and realistic way to reach them. Better food choices and exercise can really make a massive impact on the way you feel, your energy levels and your mood and these sessions can help you make some great changes.

After any session you book, you will receive a Mini Journal of what we discussed, reminders of what we agreed and tips and recipes to keep it all going.

When you feel your momentum slowing again, just book another!

Cost £45 per Session (to take place in Northamptonshire)

For a longer session, you could book a Nutritional Profiling Consultation. After this 2 hour meeting you will receive the following-

1- A Full Food Diary Analysis - where are you going wrong/right?
3- Nutritional Changes For The Future
4- Lifestyle and Exercise Overview - How to find motivation!
5- A Bespoke Nutritional Health Pack aimed at you and your objectives.

This is aimed to be a one off consultation and will give you a fantastic start to making changes to the food you eat. It will give you the tools to understand your current eating habits and what you can do to change these patterns and behaviour. You will get a fantastic base eating plan, with recipes, individual to YOU and develop new cooking confidence!

-You can always book further Health and Lifestyle Sessions in the future if you feel you want to make other changes or to address motivation.

-Inspiration and motivation are given to each and every client and I am always available to answer emails or texts.

-Once you have booked either of these sessions, you are entitled to join Trainer Watch for free - which is a motivational tool to get you to exercising regularly! Give me a call for further information on this one.
